    Our strategy includes global initiatives such as the Company of Allies programme, which provides allyship education to all colleagues, and open forums that encourage honest, courageous conversations.     Our Inclusion Council

    Our Inclusion Council plays a vital role in advancing our vision of a workplace where everyone feels respected, valued, and empowered to contribute. Comprised of senior leaders across the business, the Council fosters meaningful connections with colleagues across our global organisation. The Council:

    • Identifies enterprise-level opportunities to strengthen our inclusive culture and aligns priorities with our broader business strategy
    • Engages with employees and leaders to ensure our inclusion initiatives are informed, impactful, and relevant
    • Monitors progress toward a more inclusive and equitable work environment

    Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are a central part of CNA Hardy’s inclusion strategy. By elevating the voices of underrepresented employee groups and championing DEI initiatives, they foster a sense of belonging for all employees.
