We write a global book of business, which reflects the world’s power generation capabilities, including conventional and renewable energy sources from smaller independent power producers to large multinational utilities.
We underwrite risks on a direct or facultative basis and our flexible approach allows us to consider Primary, Excess of Loss and Quota Share business.
As a recognised leader in the field and with the capability to provide coverage in over 200 countries and territories in our Syndicate 382 at Lloyd’s, we are regarded as an insurer of choice for Power & Utility companies the world over
Who do we insure?
Our core appetite is conventional thermal, hydroelectric, geothermal plants and distribution substations, available on a worldwide basis. We also write solar, wind and battery storage renewable sources as part of mixed asset portfolios.
