CNA Hardy, a leading specialist commercial insurance provider for clients within the Lloyd’s and company markets, is pleased to announce the appointment of Alan Fearon as Mining, Risk Control Director.
Based in London, Alan will report to Stuart Kenyon, Head of Risk Control. His appointment is further evidence of CNA Hardy’s commitment to building a dedicated mining practice and increasing its global capabilities to provide bespoke insurance solutions to its mining clients worldwide. Alan’s arrival follows that of James Fryer, Class Manager in 2017 and Jeremy Perkins, Senior Technical Underwriter earlier this year.
With over 25 years’ experience in the mining sector, Alan joins having previously worked for international mining corporations in the UK, Australia, Papua New Guinea, Brazil, South Africa and Zimbabwe in a variety of roles from on-site business management to board positions.
