- GDPR Actions & Fines with €20m coverage available. (Punitive fines not covered)
- No Excess for Breach Response Provision and up to 15% of the claim amount to cover any improvements and fixes that will avoid the same cyber incident from occurring again.
These significant enhancements are now available to both new and existing Cyber policyholders in the UK. GamaSec and Wording enhancements will be rolled out to new and existing policyholders across Continental Europe and CNA Canada in the near future.
