LONDON, 22 January 2018 – CNA Hardy, a leading specialist commercial insurance provider for clients within the Lloyd’s and company markets, is pleased to announce the appointment of Jeremy Perkins as Senior Technical Underwriter.
Jeremy will report to James Fryer, Class Manager, Mining, Metals and Minerals. His appointment follows that of James in 2017 to build out a dedicated mining practice and increases CNA Hardy’s global capabilities as it continues to offer bespoke insurance solutions to its mining clients worldwide.
Jeremy will join CNA Hardy from STARR where he is currently a Senior Onshore Energy Underwriter, responsible for underwriting a broad range of energy and heavy industrial classes with a particular emphasis on mining, both within Lloyd’s and the Company markets. Prior to this Jeremy worked at Zurich in the UK and Australia, Allianz, and AIG.
Jeremy will start at CNA Hardy by Q3 once he has completed his current contractual obligations to STARR.cn
