LONDON 22 March 2017 -- CNA Hardy, a leading specialist commercial insurance provider for clients within the Lloyd’s and company markets, is pleased to announce the appointment of Tony Bainbridge as Senior Underwriter, Healthcare, in Singapore.
Reporting to Rob Hands, Principal Officer Singapore, Tony will be responsible for building out the CNA Hardy’s healthcare capabilities in Singapore and developing a portfolio of business across Asia Pacific, leveraging the work undertaken by the London-based team in establishing CNA Hardy’s Healthcare offering in Singapore.

Singapore is the most recent location in CNA Hardy’s Healthcare expansion. CNA, CNA Hardy’s parent company, has a longstanding reputation in the sector which provides services to the healthcare industry has a whole; including hospitals, physicians, allied healthcare, pharmaceutical companies, medical device companies and those specialising in medical research.
Tony will join CNA Hardy from Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance, where he was most recently Head of Healthcare Australasia. His appointment follows a number of senior hires in Singapore during 2016 including Matt Pasterfield, Director of Operations, Greg Dodds, Senior Underwriter, Marine and Michael Resnikoff Senior Underwriter, Casualty.
