CNA Hardy is pleased to announce the appointment of Lisa Skeels as Head of HR and the promotion of Matt Pasterfield to Head of IT and Operations.
As Head of HR, Skeels will work with the wider leadership team to drive a stronger performance driven culture whilst at the same time progressing the CNA Hardy Diversity and Inclusion agenda. She joins from Marex Spectron, where she was Group Head of HR and formerly a variety of leadership roles at Chubb.
As Head of IT and Operations, Pasterfield will be responsible for the development and implementation of CNA Hardy’s target operating model across the UK, Europe and Asia; Lloyd’s and Company platforms. He has a proven track record in designing and executing new operating models across multiple geographies and has spent the last 18 months as Director of Operations for Asia, based in Singapore.
Dave Brosnan, CEO CNA Hardy said: “Both Lisa and Matt will be responsible for supporting the drive for profitable growth and developing CNA Hardy’s brand, market presence and capabilities internationally.”
It is expected that Skeels will take up her new position in the Autumn. Pasterfield’s promotion is effective immediately.
These appointments complement the recent leadership appointments at CNA Hardy including Delphine Leroy as Head of France, Rhonda Buege as Head of Specialty and Amandine Motte and Bertrand Mohr as CFO and CRO respectively of CNA Hardy’s operations in Luxembourg.
