LONDON, 01 September 2025 – We are pleased to announce the appointment of Gabrielle Folliard as Vice President, Head of Claims.
Gabrielle brings over 20 years’ experience in claims management and leadership across both Lloyd’s and company markets, with remits spanning the UK, Europe, US, and Asia Pacific. Her deep expertise in handling complex, high-value claims and driving strategic claims initiatives makes her a standout leader in the industry.
With a background in law, Gabrielle practised as an insurance solicitor at international law firm CMS for seven years before moving into senior claims leadership roles at Axis Capital, Canopius, Markel, and Beazley. In 2024, she served as Chair of the LMA Claims Committee, helping to shape market-wide best practices and fostering collaboration across the sector.
Gabrielle’s appointment marks an exciting new chapter for our Claims function. Under her leadership, our Claims service will continue to evolve, delivering consistently high performance and ensuring we’re meeting the needs of our clients.
