Over the past three years, we have built a strong team of Management Liability underwriters in the UK, comprising six professionals based in our London and Manchester branches, operating across both our Company and Lloyd’s platforms. This development allows us to provide even more comprehensive and specialised services to our clients.
Meet Our Team
Yogesh “Yogi” Virji, Class Underwriter, London
Yogi joined CNA Hardy in 2020 and has been pivotal in building scale and relevance across CNA Hardy’s UK Company and Lloyd’s platforms for Management Liability. With over 20 years of Financial Lines underwriting experience, both within the UK and international markets, Yogi has held senior roles at ACE , and most notably Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty (AGCS). His positions have included Head of Technology/Cyber and Underwriting Manager, Management Liability.
Ed Crew, Senior Technical Underwriter, London
Ed joined the Management Liability team in August 2022. With a decade of experience across broking and underwriting in the Financial Lines market, including roles at Marsh and Zurich, Ed's technical expertise strengthens our team significantly.
George Holt, Senior Underwriter, Management Liability, Manchester
George is the newest member of our team, joining us after four years at RSA. He is leading our entry into the UK regional market as our Lead Regional D&O Underwriter based in Manchester. He brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to expand our capabilities and expertise to the regional market.
Simran Kaushal, Underwriter, Management Liability, London
Simran joined us from Lockton, where she spent five years within the Management Liability team. Her expertise and experience will be invaluable as we continue to expand our services.
Oliver Devenish, Underwriter, Management Liability, London
Oliver is responsible for D&O, Crime, and PTL underwriting. With seven years of insurance experience, including roles at Allianz Global Corporate Specialty and Chubb, Oliver brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record in financial lines.
Imogen Mills, Assistant Underwriter, London
Imogen joined CNA Hardy in January 2023 and is responsible for supporting our underwriters in the Management Liability team. She is focused on developing her underwriting career, handling new business and renewals with a keen eye for detail and client service.
