With the introduction of a number of new legal requirements with which the CNA Hardy Group must comply and a number of forthcoming administrative changes to the CNA Hardy Group structure in light of the UK’s exit from the European Union, it has become necessary for a general update to all terms and conditions under which we contract with counterparties for services.
It is important that the CNA Hardy Group is able to provide evidence to meet its own regulatory requirements that its counterparties and suppliers are willing to act in accordance with applicable laws such as anti-slavery, financial crime and data protection.
Should we have still not received any response from you following our attempts we will continue to assume that you have agreed to the terms of the CNA Hardy Counterparty code. Any continued acceptance of funds from CNA Hardy or course of dealings or services with the CNA Hardy Group unless agreed otherwise by CNA Hardy will be deemed your express tacit continuing approval and acceptance of the terms of the CNA Hardy Counterparty code, notwithstanding that a signed copy has not been returned.
However, we would be most grateful for your continued support in returning a signed copy of the Counterparty Code and provision of a contact email address on which we can correspond on data protection matters in future.
